Every dish in our restaurant is a tribute to Maremma cuisine. Recipes inspired by rural and maritime traditions are carefully reinterpreted with a light touch to offer authentic, elegant and contemporary flavours. We use only fresh, seasonal and local ingredients: select meats, vegetables from our garden, extra virgin olive oil and, of course, our wines. The menu changes according to the rhythm of nature, and each dish is designed to harmonise with the wines in our cellar, including some historic vintages. Every week, we also offer off-menu dishes, created based on the availability of ingredients and the creative flair of our kitchen: an invitation to discover and be surprised.

We also offer a picnic service upon reservation: choose your favourite spot on the estate and let yourself be pampered by a selection of our dishes in an informal setting.
