The beating heart of the farm is the wine production, which you can explore thanks to tastings accompanied by our staff, upon reservation. To make your experience even more special, you can also combine a visit to the cellar, and fully immerse yourself in the production philosophy. Our Organic Olive Oil, produced from the 300 plants on our property, is also available. On request, you can combine the wine discovery tour with a tasty picnic prepared by our kitchen.

The Classic Tasting is an opportunity to meet Fattoria di Magliano.
We will begin this tour in the garden overlooking the vineyards and Monte Argentario with an account of the history of the Fattoria di Magliano, a few notes on the company philosophy and the Maremma territory.
We will then continue with a tasting of four of our wines. On request, it is possible to accompany the tasting with a selection of local cold meats and cheeses, at the price of €14.00.

The Picnic Tasting is the pinnacle of the farmhouse experience. A complete journey through spaces and culinary specialities.
We will begin this tour in the garden overlooking the vineyards and Monte Argentario with an account of the history of the Fattoria di Magliano, a few notes on the company philosophy and the Maremma territory.
We will then continue with a tasting of four of our wines and a visit to the cellar and barrique cellar.
At the end of the tasting, the FdM basket will be handed over and you will be free to go to the ideal place to enjoy a picnic while admiring the surrounding nature.
Inside the basket you will find a 375 ml bottle of your choice of Heba Morellino di Scansano or Pagliatura Vermentino, and some delicious dishes cooked by our chef.

Our menu is transformed into a unique sensory experience, where each dish is paired with wines from the Fattoria. A combination designed to enhance the authenticity of our products and to offer our guests a complete immersion in the food and wine culture of the Maremma.
For those who want a more informal experience, we offer a picnic service by reservation, ideal for enjoying our dishes surrounded by the beauty of our park. You can choose your favourite corner and enjoy a day surrounded by nature.
Reservations are also open for outside visitors, who can pair our dishes with wines from the Fattoria, with some historic vintages from our cellar making your experience even more exclusive.
Our restaurant is open for dinner four times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) and every day for lunch.
