A TERRACE
OVERLOOKING
THE SEA
The Fattoria di Magliano stands in a unique hilly landscape, where the vineyards gently slope down from an altitude of about 300 metres to open up towards the Tyrrhenian Sea, Monte Argentario and the island of Giglio. The beating heart of the estate is the vineyard and the cellar, around which the entire project has taken life. The property covers 97 hectares, 40 of which are devoted to the cultivation of vines, while the remainder includes the winery, olive groves, woods and a cosy agritourism facility.
Our farm is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and authenticity, far from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of the natural and cultural beauty of the Maremma. With the sea just a short distance away, here time flows at the rhythm of nature.
Our vineyard area is divided into three distinct vineyards, each with unique characteristics. This variety allows us to develop careful parcel work, maintaining a strong link with both the terroir and the identity of the different vintages. All vineyards are located within a 5 km radius of the winery, guaranteeing perfect production management.

The Fattoria di Magliano is a young winery founded in 1997, in the heart of the Maremma region. Agostino Lenci, the founder, after an important entrepreneurial experience in the footwear sector, decided to follow his dream: to become a wine producer. Fascinated by this authentic land, he chose an area where man's work and nature coexist in perfect harmony, respecting a millenary balance.

The cellar of the Fattoria di Magliano covers about 1,500 square metres and is structured on two levels, one of which is underground.
On the lower floor are the vinification and storage areas, with 39 steel vats (total capacity 3,280 hectolitres) and 8 concrete vats (320 hectolitres).
The barrique cellar, arranged on two side wings of 250 square metres each, houses the wines intended for ageing. The upper floor houses the tasting room, the bottling and bottle-ageing rooms. A place designed to enhance the quality and elegance of our wines, while respecting tradition and looking towards innovation.
