Vermentino is one of the most representative wines of our production, among the first to be born in the province of Grosseto. With Pagliatura, we have redefined the oenological identity of the Maremma, establishing ourselves as the protagonists of an area no longer only tied to great reds, but capable of express all its Mediterranean soul through whites of character and depth.

Winemaking technique

Destemming and pre-fermentation cryomaceration for about 100 hours. Pressing and subsequent temperature-controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months.
