Born as a natural evolution of our selection of white grapes, this wine perfectly embodies the coastal vocation of our hills. A deep bond with the territory that comes to life through an indigenous grape, rich in saline hints and scents of Mediterranean maquis, in a harmonious balance between tradition and innovation.

Winemaking technique
Destemming and pre-fermentation cryomaceration for about 100 hours. Afterwards 50% of the mass is pressed and fermentation at controlled temperature in thermoconditioned stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days. Maturation on fine lees for 3 months. The other 50% of the mass spontaneous fermentation in small cement and terracotta amphorae for 15 days.
