Predominantly Sangiovese
The emblem of our production, this wine bears the ancient Etruscan name of Magliano in Toscana, underlining the indissoluble bond with the territory. It represents our interpretation of the Denomination: elegant and refined, with a crisp and enveloping fruit, enriched by delicate spicy touches given by the Syrah, in perfect harmony with the Sangiovese. It is produced exclusively without ageing in wood, to maximise its expressive purity.

Winemaking technique
De-stemming, soft crushing, temperature-controlled fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days
